Responsibilities
Develop and implement data analytics strategies, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and effective use across the organization
Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions. Present findings in clear, actionable reports and visualizations
Utilize advanced models, predictive analytics, to support strategic initiatives such as market forecasting, customer segmentation, and competitive analysis
Work closely with the Manager of Data Analytics, Managers of Market Research and Competitive Intelligence, marketing, sales, and product development teams to align data analytics efforts with broader business objectives
Establish processes and best practices for data governance, ensuring data quality and consistency across different sources and platforms
Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of business strategies and marketing campaigns, providing regular updates to senior leadership
Evaluate and implement data analytics tools and technologies to enhance the organization’s ability to analyze and interpret data effectively
Collaborate with the Director of Strategy, Insights, Analytics, and Competitive Intelligence on key strategic projects, contributing data-driven insights that inform business planning
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Analytics or a related field
Healthcare/Biotechnology/Diagnostics Experience Required
5+ years of experience in analytics, including experience with advanced analytics techniques and data management
Proven track record of delivering data-driven insights that influence strategic business decisions
Strong technical background with hands-on experience in data analytics tools and platforms, primarily Excel, Tableau, PowerBI, SQL
Preferred
Master's degree
