QLTY & RELIABILITY TECHNICIAN II - 2nd Shift

The Quality & Reliability Technician II will conduct tests on electrical components to ensure compliance with safety and reliability standards, while maintaining testing equipment and preparing test reports as needed.

Responsibilities

Running electrical, environmental, vibration, and mechanical tests on products
Preparing samples using hand tools and soldering equipment
Collecting and analyzing test data using tools like oscilloscopes and digital meters
Keeping test results accurate and compliant with quality standards
Maintaining and repairing testing equipment
Following all safety procedures
May be required to prepare and/or assist in the preparation of Test Reports
May be required to be trained to perform other Quality and Reliability functions as needed or deemed appropriate

Required

2-year technical degree (Electrical or Mechanical preferred) OR 3–5 years of testing experience with a high school diploma or GED
Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical systems
Good soldering skills and manual dexterity
Ability to read and understand technical drawings and instructions
Comfortable using computers and software like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Able to lift up to 30 lbs regularly
Access to information which is subject to stringent controls under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). Applicants must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. lawful permanent resident, person granted asylee status in the U.S., or person admitted into the U.S. as a refugee
