Responsibilities

Provide on-site and remote technical support for Quality Control Systems
Conduct system installations, upgrades, and maintenance as required
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and enhance system performance

Required

Experience in technical support or field service roles related to Quality Control Systems
Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose technical issues effectively

Hands-on experience with instrumentation and control systems

Preferred

Technical degree in Engineering or a related field
Experience in the industrial automation or process control industry
Knowledge of quality control processes and standards
