Responsibilities

Acting as a helpful and confident first point of contact for prospective and current clients, judges’ offices and judicial assistants, and other law firms

Accurately managing the appointment and courtroom calendar for our probate and estate planning attorney

Drafting letters and initial drafts of legal documents for probates and estate plans using firm templates

Processing incoming and outgoing mail, pleadings, and other documents into our case management system for our probate and estate planning matters

Conduct certain client meetings and communications as part of our probate and estate planning process

Maintaining, updating, and improving office forms, policies, and processes

Required

Experience with probates in Florida, including document drafting, e-filing via the online portal, submitting orders to the court, and scheduling hearings

Prior experience in file and case management

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Strong tech-savviness and the ability to adapt to new technologies
