Responsibilities

Effectively gathering and managing requirements for technical projects
Demonstrating leadership and effective communication in a matrixed organization
Monitoring ongoing performance and usage of features and acts as the SME for questions, concerns, and suggestions on assigned products
Advocating for quality solutions that meet or exceed defined customer expectations
Performing reviews with key internal teams and commercial customers throughout the product lifecycle to ensure alignment on solution needs and product discovery/definition
Developing strong relationships with all development, internal groups, and customers in order to ensure timely and effective delivery of software features and defect resolution
Influences cross-functional teams without formal authority
Ensures that the product features support the company's overall strategy and goals

Required

Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
7+ years of related experience and/or training working as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, or Product Owner in healthcare technology
Proven experience working in Agile development environments, collaborating with cross-functional teams
Demonstrated ability to influence without authority across functions
Strong technical writing skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear documentation
Proven track record of leading multiple concurrent initiatives and driving them to completion
