RIT Solutions, Inc. is seeking an experienced Sr. Systems Administrator to lead the integration of acquired companies' backend systems into their existing infrastructure. This role is critical for ensuring seamless transitions and maintaining operational continuity across various platforms such as Slack and Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

Lead and execute backend system integrations for recently acquired companies
Integrate and migrate systems including Slack, Microsoft 365 (O365), InTune
Evaluate and implement integration strategies, including manual processes and potential tool-based solutions
Collaborate with internal DevOps and TechOps teams to align with existing roadmaps
Coordinate with technical contacts to ensure smooth integration
Manage calendar and email system integrations into O365
Ensure compliance with internal standards; no direct client data handling expected
Provide technical leadership and serve as the point of contact for integration efforts

Required

Proven experience with Slack and O365 integration and migration
Manual integration experience is essential; tool-based experience is a plus
Strong communication skills to work closely with internal team members including (current Systems Admin) and TechOps personnel
Ability to lead integration efforts independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams

Preferred

Compliance or regulatory experience is a bonus but not required
Familiarity with VOIP systems and their migration
