Analytical thinking, problem-solving, and ability to recommend efficient solutions
Excellent time management, attention to detail, and organizational skills
Ability to work collaboratively with a team in an on-site environment

Experience in customer service or account management in the telecommunications or related industries
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
