Responsibilities
Own end-to-end people operations, including recruiting, onboarding, offboarding, benefits, leave administration, and immigration support
Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees on performance management, employee relations, and policy interpretation
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws while maintaining audit-ready HR systems and records
Partner with Finance and PEO providers to align employee changes, payroll accuracy, and reporting
Support compensation reviews and benefits programs to ensure fairness, competitiveness, and consistency
Collaborate with international teams and global partners to support HR operations across multiple regions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
7+ years of progressive HR experience, including people leadership or senior-level responsibility
Broad HR generalist expertise across recruiting, employee relations, compliance, and benefits
Strong knowledge of U.S. employment laws and HR best practices
Experience working in fast-paced or growing organizations
Excellent communication, judgment, and problem-solving skills
Willingness to work onsite five days per week
Preferred
Experience in medical device, manufacturing, or regulated industries
International HR experience, particularly supporting teams in Europe
PHR or SHRM certification
Experience partnering with PEO providers
