Assist in project planning, execution, and completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate project activities, track progress, and mitigate potential roadblocks

Prepare comprehensive project reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders

Support budget management and resource allocation to achieve project objectives efficiently

Contribute to risk assessment and implement strategies to address project uncertainties

Assist tracking subcontractor production, costs, and performance to support project controls and reporting

Assist with schedule updates and progress tracking in coordination with the scheduling team using Primavera P6

Maintain meticulous notes and clear communication with United leadership and customer stakeholders
