This role is responsible for maintaining, analyzing, and managing resource data within an Information & Referral (I&R) database to ensure accuracy, reliability, and compliance with AIRS standards.

Responsibilities
Maintain and manage the MCH Helpline integrated intake and resource database
Update and validate provider and service information within the Indiana 211 Partnership, Inc. database
Perform data entry, data validation, and discrepancy resolution using established procedures
Manage data importing and exporting across systems using Excel and Tableau
Apply AIRS (Alliance of Information and Referral Systems) standards and I&R taxonomy
Generate and assist with caller data and resource reports using filters such as referrals, needs, providers, and call types
Collaborate with Helpline staff and management to ensure database accuracy
Provide regular status updates and progress reports to management
Update provider capacity for the OB Navigation Initiative
Qualification
Required
Must currently reside in Indiana
2+ years of experience working with database management systems
Experience with data imports/exports, Excel, and Tableau
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Information Technology, Informatics, or a related field
Strong analytical and logical decision-making skills
High attention to detail and ability to follow moderately complex procedures
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel
Experience working with Information & Referral (I&R) databases
Preferred
AIRS training or certification
Knowledge of AIRS standards and I&R taxonomy
Experience working with 211 databases or helpline/call-center environments
Experience with RedCap tool
