They are seeking an experienced Contact Center QA consultant responsible for managing testing within contact center solutions, ensuring high-quality software delivery, and coordinating with teams to define testing strategies.
Responsibilities
Managing all aspects of testing within contact center solutions
Ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software and system integrations
Coordinating with cross-functional teams to define testing strategies
Developing comprehensive test plans
Leading the execution of functional and non-functional testing activities
Analyzing requirements
Designing test cases
Ensuring thorough coverage of all contact center functionalities, including IVR, telephony, CRM integrations, and reporting modules
Qualification
Required
Experience of IVR testing, Cyara Automation, Contact Center testing, and Amazon Connect testing
Excellent interpretation and articulation, Speed and Accuracy, Attention to Detail, Excellent communication skills
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
Proficiency in Spanish language is highly desired
