Responsibilities

Define and refine the Microelectronics portfolio strategy based on customer needs, competitor analysis, and market trends

Prioritize competitive products in collaboration with Product Management teams and the Microelectronics organization

Align portfolio with global growth targets and innovation roadmap

Consolidate market insights and customer feedback into portfolio development plans

Support Sales and Marketing in communicating portfolio value to customers

Ensure portfolio decisions are embedded across the organization

Collaborate with R&D, Operations, and key departments to deliver strategic initiatives

Track portfolio performance (growth, margin, and competitiveness e.g.)

Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities to initiate corrective actions
