Interface with all levels of the organization and lead and facilitate cross functional teams to improve processes
Identify and remove barriers that prevent successful attainment of process improvement goals
Proactively identify process improvement opportunities to significantly impact organizational goals
Qualification
Required
Masters degree in operations management or industrial engineering or equivalent accompanied with at least 4 years of relevant experience
Bachelors degree in industrial engineering or equivalent and at least 8 years of relevant experience
Significant experience in performance/process improvement
Change management experience
DMAIC/Lean implementation experience
Experience managing, executing, and sustaining major change initiatives with quantifiable results
Project management experience
Excellent analytical skills
Written and oral communication skills
Project management skills
Proficient in the use of simulation software tools
Ability to facilitate large cross functional groups
Preferred
Lean/Six Sigma certification
PMP certification
Health care experience
