The role involves communication with brokers and clients, providing clearing services, processing trade files, and ensuring compliance in the derivatives trading process.
Information Technology & Services
Responsibilities
Communication with brokers, internal and external clients
Provide clearing services to selected clients
Process trade files and ensure all margin calls are issued by EOD
Ensure successful and timely margining process for all Derivatives related Trades
Mitigate daily risk by connecting with clients to request their margin and settlement intentions and monitoring aging margin fails to ensure regulatory compliance
Resolution of trade and position breaks
Qualification
Required
*** BACHELOR'S REQUIRED
*** HM looking for background or interest in operations, client relationship management, process improvement, etc. (or similar fields)
*** Willing to accept new graduates provided they are looking for a job in operations
Excellent communication skills with peers and stakeholders
Must have ability to work under a deadline-driven environment and prioritize accordingly
Be able to think like an Owner
Proven ability to build credibility and strong relationships
Experience in external client interaction
Must have strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
