Responsibilities
Champion and promote the Jarboe's brand by exemplifying our Core Values
Conduct 11 coaching sessions with each salesperson, increasing in frequency as needed
Lead high-energy weekly sales meetings focused on goals, alignment, and execution
Perform regular ride-alongs for hands-on coaching, support, and development
Track daily sales performance and take action to meet or exceed goals
Manage call-by-call oversight to ensure the right person is on the right job
Implement team-building activities to encourage engagement, collaboration, and a positive culture
Hold team members accountable to standards, policies, and performance expectations
Partner with Dispatch to optimize call flow and customer experience
Handle escalated customer situations that require personalized attention
Report daily performance metrics during scheduled calls
Participate in continuous leadership and sales development
Qualification
Required
You live in the Louisville area
Management + Sales experience is required
You lead with accountability, coaching, positivity, and results
You're strategic, competitive, and passionate about team success
You hold a valid Driver's license
Preferred
HVAC and/or Plumbing industry experience preferred, but not required
