Program Cost Control Analyst - Level 2
Northrop Grumman is a leading aerospace and defense technology company seeking a Program Cost Control Analyst – Level 2. The role involves preparing budgets, financial analyses, and ensuring adequate funding availability for contract work while supporting intercompany programs and the site General Manager.

Responsibilities
Set up cost control system, monitor and control costs and schedules on contracts requiring validated cost schedule control system
Support audits and reviews requested by programs, customers, and company management, fact-finding and negotiation support
Perform analysis and prepare reports in order to ensure that contracts are within negotiated and agreed-upon parameters and government cost control guidelines
Perform Earned Value Metric (EVM) tasks including Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) development, budget baseline, cost risk analysis/ assessment and visibility reports, development and analysis of estimates to complete
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree with 2 years of professional experience – OR – Master's degree with 0 years of professional experience
Will consider an additional 4+ years of experience in lieu of degree
Requires an active U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance at time of application, current and within scope
Experience with financial analysis or reporting
Experience with MS Office Suite
Preferred
Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or Business Administration
Defense industry experience
Earned Value Management (EVM) experience
Program Cost Control experience
Experience with FAR/DFAR
Experience with Costpoint, Cobra, Primavera or SAP
Experience with Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
