Responsibilities

Demonstrate awareness of the annual departmental business plan and ensure work activities align with and support its achievement
Monitor and review administrative operating systems and procedures, making recommendations for changes as appropriate
Deal with a wide range of contacts at all levels, both internal and external to the organization
Perform administrative project work, including research, data collection, and some analysis
Produce correspondence, memoranda, presentations, and reports of a general and confidential nature on behalf of Senior Executives
Organize business appointments, and travel arrangements, and manage diaries for Senior Executives
Communicate with the organization's Executives, external Executives, Board members, suppliers, and clients on behalf of Senior Executives
Coordinate the organization of business functions, lunches, and dinners
Support other Senior Executives when required
Work global hour and across different time zones
May supervise other Personal Assistants/Administrators

Required

relevant work experience
Tertiary Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience

Preferred

Experience in project management
Experience dealing with financial data such as profit and loss accounts
Experience supporting senior level management or executives in a fast-paced environment
Experience preparing board papers and professional reports to a high standard
Moderate experience supporting senior management in secretarial, administrative, and personnel duties, preferably in the insurance industry
Experience as a Personal Assistant
Previous experience in a large, complex organization desirable
