AAA Auto Club Enterprises is the largest federation of AAA clubs in the nation, and they are seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join their TA Team in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. This role focuses on pre-employment screening and requires strong communication skills to assist candidates throughout the hiring process while ensuring compliance with state and local regulations.

Responsibilities

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will assist with Background and Drug testing for external and internal candidates across our 21 states. This includes daily monitoring of all candidates while in the background process throughout the day

Excellent verbal and written communication is a must! You will be communicating daily with the candidates, recruiters, and business unit leaders

This position will require computer work utilizing various HR systems including Workday, and Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, etc

In addition to adhering to strict confidentiality requirements, this position will play a key role in ensuring candidates are processed through a background check that is compliant with all state and local regulations, following a consistent process across all positions
