Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing expert advice, and guiding clients through the mortgage process

Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging their industry knowledge

Partner with Wealthsimple's legal, compliance, product, and marketing teams to ensure all activities align with regulatory requirements and company objectives

Stay informed about regulatory developments, industry trends, and emerging risks

Track and analyze their sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and growth

Required

Must be a licensed mortgage broker in at least 1 Canadian province

Experience in lending products or other sales functions is a strong plus

Demonstrated success in a commission-based sales role, preferably within the mortgage industry
