Sr. Manager, Revenue Operations
Juno is a fast-growing AI company focused on providing innovative solutions for tax accounting firms. The Sr. Manager, Revenue Operations will own end-to-end revenue operations, manage HubSpot, automate workflows, and enhance revenue efficiency across teams.

Responsibilities
Build automations to keep HubSpot clean and automated (e.g. enrichment, de-duplication, and routing) wherever necessary
KPI dashboards, campaign post-mortems, flag stalled leads, implement new automations
Pivot between marketing ops, sales ops, and CS ops depending on our needs
Ensure that our tech stack is synced, utilized, and cost-effective
Qualification
Required
4+ years of sales and/or marketing operations experience, ideally in B2B SaaS
Expert across HubSpot products (or Salesforce; HubSpot is preferred)
Strong analytical skills: data analysis, reporting, deriving actionable insights
Proactive, adaptable, detail-oriented, with a results-driven startup mindset
Excited to own analysis, report-outs, and directly drive revenue team efficiency
