Responsibilities
Assist in creating and updating project schedules, task lists, and timelines
Help coordinate team meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting notes
Maintain organized project documentation and files
Track progress on tasks and follow up with team members as needed
Support communication between departments and external partners
Assist with basic reporting and data entry related to project performance
Learn and apply project management tools and techniques under supervision
Support project management with research and analysis
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business, communications, project management, or a related field (or currently pursuing)
Minimum of 1 year in a service environment
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Willingness to learn project management tools (e.g., Epicor, Smartsheet)
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
