Responsibilities
Review clinical documentation to ensure the documentation highlights the skilled care that was provided as well as the medical necessity of the care as it is described within the regulatory manuals
Schedule and lead educational sessions based on the results of the review of documentation
Cultivate relationships with the clinical leadership and compliance team
Assist in the development of education materials
Act as a resource and support the clinical operations team with documentation related matters
Qualification
Required
Graduate from an accredited BCBA program or have passed the RBT certification exam by the BACB
At least 4 years of clinical experience
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
Self-motivated with the willingness to exceed expectations, learn and grow
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Outstanding time management and ability to multi-task
Microsoft product (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) proficiency
Understanding of regulatory policies
