They are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician responsible for the repair and upkeep of an apartment community, providing exemplary service to residents and completing service requests and preventative maintenance.

Responsibilities
Complete service requests, preventive maintenance, and unit rehabilitation as scheduled by the Maintenance Supervisor and/or Community Director
Complete required property and unit inspections and ensure any follow-up work is completed as scheduled
Provide quality and professional service to residents
Ensure that all equipment, vehicles and shop areas are kept clean
Qualification
Required
Ability to frequently push or pull up to 50 lbs
Occasionally lift up to 75 lbs
Kneel, crouch, climb, crawl, and work in a variety of weather conditions
Customer service skills
Ability to be in the on-call rotation
Preferred
Any experience in maintenance, construction, a skilled trade, home repair, or as a maintenance tech would be highly desirable, but we will train and mentor the right individual for a rewarding career in property management!
