Responsibilities

Perform Materials and Processes (M&P) technical engineering assignments related to hardware assembly processes and testing

Provide technical evaluation and support of manufacturing issues/concerns

Participate in the selection, qualification, testing, and failure analysis of M&P, prepare technical and progress reports on work you're doing, prepare specifications, evaluate suppliers and analyze test reports

Coordinate with other disciplines such as Design Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Engineering, and Procurement

Ability to obtain a DOD security clearance

Experience acting or the ability to act as the organizational spokesperson on advanced projects and/or programs

Previous coordination or oversight with hardware suppliers and subcontractors

Ability to multi-task, handle shifting priorities and timeline pressure to meet project deadlines
