Cyber Special Staff Officer (SSO)
CORTEK is a distinguished Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business specializing in defense and security services. They are seeking a Cyber Special Staff Officer (SSO) to support the Army's Cyber program, focusing on managing Defensive Cyber Operations and collaborating with various military entities.

Responsibilities
Lead and manage Army Cyber program initiatives, including Defensive Cyber Operations technologies
Provide strategic analysis and support for cyber-related decision forums and briefings
Integrate cyber equities into Army Senior Leader and Modernization Enterprise forums
Collaborate with Army, Joint, and OSD staffs to develop strategic-level products
Support Mission Command Transport Applications and capabilities
Assist in the development of budget justification documents and strategic communication plans
Maintain and update leadership smart books and integrated strategic products
Conduct quality control of leadership reviews and cyber-related portfolio briefings
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or higher in Business or Engineering
Minimum of 4 years of experience in Force Development or related duties
Experience at senior Army levels such as HQDA, MACOMs, or Army Service Component Commands
TS/SCI clearance is mandatory
Foundational operational experience with Mission Command Transport Applications
Preferred
Interdisciplinary knowledge of Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE)
Interdisciplinary knowledge of DoD acquisition processes (DoDI 5000.2)
Interdisciplinary knowledge of Materiel and force structure requirements development and validation (JCIDS)
Experience applying force development across DOTMLPF-P domains in fiscally constrained environments
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
