The main role involves reviewing the accuracy of policy information and working alongside Account Managers and Executives to ensure timely delivery to clients. The technician will also assist with data entry and routine customer service tasks as needed.

Reviews renewal policies, endorsements and audits for accuracy and works with Account Manager and/or Account Executive to ensure that these items are delivered or mailed to the client

Assist with data entry of information into agency management system when needed

May assist Account Manager and/or Account Executive with routine customer service work such as preparing proposals, ID cards and certificates of insurance

Performs other related duties and projects assigned by Account Manager and/or Account Executive or Supervisor
