Responsibilities
Drafting and filing pleadings, motions, affidavits, discovery, and other legal documents
Conducting legal research and preparing written analyses
Interviewing clients and witnesses
Managing well-organized case files in both physical and electronic systems
Supporting all phases of trial preparation, including coordinating depositions, preparing notices, assisting with hearings and trials, supporting investigations and fact-checking, and tracking billable time
Qualification
Required
Experience as a Litigation Paralegal
Ability to draft and file pleadings, motions, affidavits, discovery, and other legal documents
Conducting legal research and preparing written analyses
Interviewing clients and witnesses
Managing well-organized case files in both physical and electronic systems
