Account Executive of Employee Benefits
F.N.B. Corporation is seeking an Employee Benefits Account Executive to manage a complex book of employee benefits business and serve as the primary service contact. The role involves strategic account management, client retention, and promoting new products while ensuring compliance with regulatory laws and company procedures.

Responsibilities
Manages a complex book of business with varying funding mechanisms, advanced contract features and structures, requiring experience and technical knowledge
Primary contact between clients and carriers with goals of client retention and growth. Regularly communicates with clients and carrier partners (at least quarterly)
Drives renewal process and can lead client meetings regarding renewals and utilization review
Introduces new products and promotes them through regular visits and frequent communication with intermediaries. Increases profitability of existing product lines by encouraging clients to use added value services wherever possible
Ensures credibility with clients by maintaining detailed knowledge of current market conditions and competitors’ products and acts as technical expert
Supports open enrollment process, including preparation, communications and scheduling (if applicable)
Maintains documentation in accordance with HIPAA and company procedures, including keeping agency management system updated in a timely manner
Performs other related duties and projects as assigned

Qualification
Required
BA or BS
3 years of job related experience
Excellent project management skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to use a personal computer and job-related software
MS Word - Basic Level
MS Excel - Intermediate Level
MS PowerPoint - Basic Level
Life, Accident and Health License required
Preferred
Professional insurance designation preferred
