Responsibilities
Support the Proprietary Events Team on key elements of the proprietary global event programs, including overall event strategy, annual event planning, process design and development, and event execution
Support event leads in the planning and execution of Red Hat’s proprietary events
Manage our internal event communications and keep resources up to date
Support monthly and quarterly reporting on registration
Develop supporting materials and resources as-needed for our proprietary events
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in in-person and virtual event management, and marketing
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
Extremely detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
Solid project management skills and ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously
Self-starter with the ability to work as part of a team and build relationships
Comfortable working across various time zones
Willingness to travel and work occasional nights and weekends to support in-person or virtual events as needed, both internationally and domestically
