Parkview Health System Inc is seeking a VeggieRx intern to assist with program implementation and educational sessions. The role involves collaboration with team members, project management, and data collection to support the VeggieRx program.

Responsibilities

Work with the VeggieRx team during the program implementation following established processes
Assist with the program's educational sessions such as set up, tearing down, and participant data collection
Collaborate with team members during meetings and off-site events
Support the Food Assistance & Support team with providing project management and data collection
Review and revise VeggieRx program materials and assist with development of standardized forms and processes

Required

Upperclassman college student
Experience with databases
Experience with Excel
Experience with project management software
Customer service skills
Comfort with interacting with community members in person and over the phone
Familiarity with HIPAA and patient privacy
GPA of 3.0 or above
Current undergraduate college student or graduate college student
Submission of Cover Letter, Resume and Letter of Recommendation

Preferred

Specific educational focus or degree may be preferred, depending on the host department of internship
Specific license and/or certification may be preferred, depending on the hosting department of the internship
