New Grad, Entry LevelShrader Tire & Oil has been providing commercial tires, oil, and mechanical services since 1948. They are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Generalist to accurately apply customer payments and maintain the integrity of financial records.

Responsibilities
Accurately and timely apply incoming customer payments
Review and reconcile daily cash drawers
Process end-of-day invoice batches
Support daily deposit reconciliation and reporting
Handle monthly inter-company (I/C) processing
Maintain weekly customer updates
Create new customer accounts and shipping locations
Provide store support for AR-related issues
Assist with ongoing AR reporting needs
Assist with customer collections
Ensure accuracy and completeness of AR records
Qualification
Required
Strong Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis) and general comfort with spreadsheets, reporting and reconciliations
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work effectively with multiple departments
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Preferred
Experience in accounts receivable, cash application, or general accounting preferred
