Commercial Truck Technician
Shrader Tire & Oil has been providing commercial tires, oil, and mechanical services since 1948, focusing on quality and customer service. The Commercial Truck Technician will maintain vehicle safety and performance by inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing trucks and trailers, ensuring compliance with vehicle repair regulations.

Responsibilities
Maintain STO's standard of professionalism and customer service
Determine truck/trailer condition by inspection, diagnostic testing, and identifying worn, damaged parts
Perform preventive maintenance and repair work as necessary and keep up with vehicle inspection reports and maintenance records
Ensure compliance with Federal and state vehicle repair requirements
Other duties may be assigned as needed
Qualification
Required
Consistently maintain 70% Efficiency rating in mechanics
Certification from Diesel Mechanic School, or 3 years related experience
Must possess own tools including hand tools, impact guns, and other pneumatic tools
Ability to work in a fast-paced, physical environment, must have the ability to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively. Must be able to lift, twist, push/pull, bend, squat, climb, stand, and walk for extended periods of time
Must have a valid Driver's license, a clean driving record, and the ability to drive a commercial pickup truck including F250 or F350
