Responsibilities

Invoice processing receive, verify, code, enter vendor invoices and ensure three-way matching of POs to invoices
Prepare weekly check run and ensure checks are generated and delivered to suppliers
Coordinate year end 1099 preparation
Work with CFO to develop and maintain cash payment forecasts and assist with working capital planning
Prepare and review journal entries, assist with account reconciliations, and participate in the month-end closing processes
Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and explanations as needed
Assist in maintaining fixed asset schedules and depreciation entries
Recommend and implement process improvements to streamline accounting functions
Collaborate cross-functionally with departments such as Operations, Purchasing, and Compliance
Crosstrain in customer invoicing, daily metric creation, and financial reporting

Required

Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field
3–5+ years of accounting experience
Solid knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting
Proficiency with ERP and accounting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar) and Excel skills
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
High attention to detail and integrity in handling sensitive financial information
