Responsibilities

Define and maintain clear, testable requirements for HVAC control software and calibration strategies

Ensure end-to-end traceability from system-level specifications to software implementation and validation

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (software engineers, systems engineers, validation engineers, hardware suppliers) to align requirements with program deliverables and milestones

Lead requirements reviews, manage changes, and enforce configuration management best practices

Identify and resolve requirement gaps and inconsistencies during development and testing phases

Capture and integrate lessons learned into future requirements for continuous improvement
