CYBER INTEGRATION PLANS AND PROGRAMS OFFICER

Responsibilities
Plans, organizes, and oversees the activities of 688 CW/XP. Develops goals and objectives that integrate organization and cyberspace capabilities objectives. Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities
Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities. Directs, coordinates, and oversees work through subordinate supervisors. Advises staff regarding policies, procedures, and directives of higher level management or headquarters
Represents 688CW, AFSPC, and 24 AF with a variety of installation and functional area organizations
Cyberspace Policy/Process, Architectural and Capabilities Development. Provide leadership/oversight and subject matter expertise for Wing analysts' efforts to identify, negotiate and define policy and process directives, and common all-source analysis tools to achieve consistent effort in pursuing cyberspace functions throughout the DoD program community

All new DCIPS employees are required to complete a two-year DCIPS trial period
If authorized, PCS will be paid IAW JTR and AF Regulations. If receiving an authorized PCS, you may be subject to completing/signing a CONUS agreement
This posn is subject to provisions of the DoD Priority Placement Program
Must be registered for Selective Service
The incumbent will be required to be available for other than normal duty hours to include weekends to support exercises and crisis planning

Position is designated Special-Sensitive and incumbent must be able to obtain and retain a Sensitive Compartmented Information security clearance with access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI)
A non-disclosure agreement must be signed
Knowledge of security practices for ensuring the safeguarding of classified information is required
This is a key position. Incumbent must be removed from any military recall status if alternatives are not available for filling this position during an emergency
Duties of this position are essential to the accomplishment of wartime/contingency operations
Drug Testing: This position has been designated by the Air Force as a Testing Designated Position (TDP) under the Air Force Civilian Testing Program as a preferred position identified by specific occupational series/codes. Employee must pass initial and periodic short notice drug testing
Illegal drug use by employees in sensitive positions presents a clear threat to the mission of the Air Force, national security, and public safety
Your resume must reflect the quality level of experience which demonstrates the possession of the knowledge, skills, abilities, and competencies necessary for successful job performance required for this position
Examples of creditable experience include: expert knowledge of the existing cyberspace regulatory and policy framework to define/document convey/justify recommendations for a comprehensive program of policy and doctrine development to address issues critical to the organization
Knowledge of and demonstrated expert ability to contribute to the development, interpretation and application of Federal, DoD and Service regulations and policy, program directives, and guidance materials relevant to the DoD cyberspace mission and operations
Detailed knowledge of national security, strategy and structure, military operations, operations plans and orders relevant to cyberspace
Exceptional knowledge is required in a wide range of disciplines, including but not limited to comprehensive knowledge of Federal, DoD, and USAF funding and budget processes (PPBS), government-contractor relationships, and compartmented program security requirements
Comprehensive knowledge of the USAF, COCOM and DoD cyberspace missions, including regulatory authorities and parameters on courses of action
Creditable experience may include previous military experience, experience gained in the private sector, or experience gained in another government agency
Knowledge of all facets of the Department of Defense (DoD) cyberspace mission, authorities and capabilities, equivalent information regarding the roles and responsibilities of non-DoD cyberspace program partners
Knowledge of safety and security regulations, practices, and procedures
Ability to plan, organize, and direct the functions and mentor, motivate, and appraise the staff of an organization through subordinate supervisors and to provide leadership for large teams of cyberspace professionals and technical/functional Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)
Ability to analyze, plan, and adjust work operations of one or more organizational segments to meet program requirements and objectives within available resources
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing and to work collaboratively with other senior-level managers and to effectively communicate the Numbered Air Force (NAF) objectives, priorities and parameters to define mutually-beneficial cyber courses of action
Skill in conducting military/contingency and crisis action planning for Cyberspace Operations (CO) in order to operate network and information systems as well as to protect, detect and/or mitigate Information Technology (IT) and cyberspace vulnerabilities
Understanding of the operational requirements, concepts of operations and employment of information processing systems in military environments, including the structure and operations of the DoD Information Network (DoDIN)
Preferred
Master's degree or equivalent experience is highly desired
