Specialty Lubricants Sales Engineer — Plastics Manufacturing

The Specialty Lubricants Sales Engineer will own a defined territory, sell high-value technical solutions, and collaborate with customers and internal teams to drive profitable growth within the plastics and industrial markets.
Non-profit Organization Management
Responsibilities
Drive profitable growth within plastics and broader industrial markets
Manage and expand key accounts while prospecting and closing new business
Spot opportunities in established and emerging applications
Provide technical expertise and application support; lead on‑site trials through successful implementation
Apply data‑driven problem solving to customer challenges
Convert customer feedback into product improvements in partnership with internal teams
Represent the company at domestic and international trade shows
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Communications, or related field
B2B sales or technical background in industrial markets
Excellent communicator who earns trust across technical and non‑technical audiences
Self‑directed, organized, and effective at managing a territory
Consultative, strategic seller who aligns solutions to customer needs
History of meeting growth targets and building new business
Domestic and international travel as needed
Preferred
Experience with plastics processing, industrial lubricants, cleaners, or coatings strongly preferred
