Assist customers with loan applications and guide them through the process from start to finish

Provide friendly, professional customer service in person and over the phone

Follow company policies and regulatory guidelines
Work closely with your team to meet branch and company goals
Learn about lending products, procedures, and compliance requirements
Qualification
Required
Reliable, responsible, and detail-oriented
Strong customer service and communication skills
Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset
Must pass a background check and drug screening
Preferred
