This role involves developing budget models, coordinating negotiations, and maintaining budget-related documentation.

Responsibilities

Analyze cost structures, resource requirements, and pricing assumptions

Collaborate with the Study Start-Up Manager, Regional Site Directors, and site staff to develop and maintain charge masters, price files, and standardized budget tools

Partner with Finance and Accounting teams responsible for sponsor invoicing to ensure budgets and billing practices are aligned and compliant

Develop pricing grids, budget models, and negotiation parameters

Coordinate the budget review and negotiation process with sponsors

Interpret budget to build budget infrastructure in Clinical Trials Management System

Develop, document, and maintain SOPs related to budget development
