Responsibilities
Software requirement definition, design, code, test, integration, and verification activities for simulation software
Management and development of the team
Providing technical coaching and mentoring, work assignments, employee career development, continuous ongoing feedback, and being their employees advocate in opportunity discussions
Plan, conduct, and coordinate software development activities
Coordinating employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessments, salary planning, recognition/disciplinary actions, and engineering competency development
Supporting program development, execution of program requirements, adherence to engineering development processes, promoting customer focus, and serving as the technical conscience for their program
Qualification
Required
Develop embedded software in C++ and Linux operating system
Experience in Agile environment using JIRA, Git and Confluence
Apply appropriate standards, processes, procedures and tools throughout the development lifecycle
Software requirement definition, design, code, test, integration, and verification activities for simulation software
Management and development of the team
Providing technical coaching and mentoring
Work assignments, employee career development, continuous ongoing feedback
Being their employees advocate in opportunity discussions
