Customer Success Manager

They are seeking a Customer Success Manager to manage sales processes, social media, and email marketing efforts to engage their audience and enhance digital presence.
Responsibilities
Manage and facilitate a smooth sales process from pre-sale through post-sale
Manage social media accounts with an emphasis on LinkedIn
Manage and grow email subscriber lists
Work closely with management on new initiatives as needed
Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing efforts, using data to inform and refine strategies, including monthly reporting
Plan and execute email marketing, including promotional emails and automated drip campaigns intended to boost signups for 401(k) Specialist content
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Experience as a top-performing Customer Success Manager, Account Manager, or Strategic Customer Partner in the B2B Advertising sales industry
Working knowledge of SEO, Social, Content and/or Paid Media
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, social media management tools, and email marketing software
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously
Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions
Collaborative team player who works effectively across departments
