Enercon Services, Inc. is offering an Electrical Engineering Internship where interns will engage in meaningful projects that support renewable energy initiatives and contribute to nuclear and environmental safety. The role involves learning and applying engineering principles while collaborating with experienced professionals to make a real impact in the energy industry.

Responsibilities

Support renewable energy initiatives

Modernize the power grid

Contribute to nuclear and environmental safety

Learn and apply codes and standards for designing projects

Be organized and efficient

Collaborate with senior engineers for field data collection

Ask questions and use available resources

Required

Graduating with a bachelor's or master's degree from an ABET-accredited school in one of our listed preferred majors

A solid working foundation with your major's core concepts

Proficient in Microsoft Suite

Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills

Ability to be an individual contributor and work effectively in teams

Ability to effectively problem solve

Must be able to climb stairs and ladders at client sites

Must be able to effectively navigate client sites to conduct walkdowns

Must be able to work outside

Ability and willingness to travel for client and company projects and/or meetings

Completion of pre interview assessments

College transcript submitted for anyone under 1 year of experience post-graduation

Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug and alcohol screenings, ENERCON and client-specific background checks, and annual motor vehicle record (MVR) checks according to company and client policies

Preferred Courses: Circuit Analysis (could be called Circuits I, Circuits II, Intro to Circuits, etc.), Power Systems (could be called Electric Power, Electric Machines, Power Systems, Power Engineering, etc.), and Control Systems
