Responsibilities
Support, configure, and enhance LCOM enterprise applications used across order-to-cash workflows
Partner with business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical solutions
Investigate application issues, perform root-cause analysis, and coordinate resolutions
Support integrations between front-end systems, middleware, and downstream platforms
Validate application changes through functional testing and UAT support
Maintain system documentation, workflows, and operational runbooks
Participate in Agile ceremonies and release activities
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience supporting enterprise or business-critical applications
Strong understanding of application support, configuration, and troubleshooting
Experience working with order management, billing, or commerce platforms
Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
Preferred
Experience supporting telecom, eCommerce, or subscription platforms
Familiarity with APIs, databases, and integration patterns
Prior experience in large-scale enterprise or cloud environments
