Responsibilities

Oversees the operational performance, strategic planning, relationships and growth initiatives to support service line and system-wide priorities including inpatient, perioperative, ambulatory, and diagnostics as applicable
Accountable for assessment, implementation, and evaluation of patient care and ensuring that quality care is provided to patients in accordance with organizational, professional and regulatory standards
Provides leadership and participates in continuous performance improvement activities throughout span of control and develops and ensures compliance with clinical standards and staff competency
Ensures sustained improvements in: quality and safety, people and culture, patient experience, health equity and anti-racism, operational excellence, strategic growth and discovery
Strategizes and collaborates with physician leaders, service line leaders, and site of care leaders to develop, implement and operationalize initiatives intended to achieve desired outcomes

Required

Master's in Business Administration, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or related field. May be substituted with a Master's degree in Nursing
Minimum five (5) years of strategic leadership experience developing and enhancing care delivery programs, business development and management and developing leaders and effective care teams within a large, complex organization
Minimum eight (8) years of experience in healthcare business systems, or service line management

Preferred

Experience in clinic specific program management
Experience in continuous improvement methodology
