Required

Preferred

8+ years of relevant experience in experiential design and program strategy
Strong organizational skills that allow for juggling multiple projects with ease
A background in event operations or delivery within DMCs or planning agencies
Familiarity with design software like Adobe Creative Cloud and a knack for leveraging AI tools
Excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels
