RIT Solutions, Inc. is seeking a ServiceNow Technical Project Manager to lead a strategic initiative to migrate applications into ServiceNow. The role involves managing the full lifecycle of the migration, collaborating with architects, and ensuring alignment with business goals.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables
Host project calls, track issues, and ensure successful execution
Manage the migration of applications and data into ServiceNow
Ensure alignment with Application Portfolio Management framework and business requirements
Stabilize builds and manage configuration tasks across ServiceNow module
Assist with application development and customization within ServiceNow
Troubleshoot complex, environment-specific issues
Support ad-hoc development tasks as needed

Required

6-10 years of ServiceNow project management and migration
Prior experience working with the Enterprise Architecture application in ServiceNow
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow configuration and module management
Ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues
Familiarity with multiple ServiceNow modules
Prior experience with the Enterprise Architecture app in ServiceNow

Preferred

A background as a ServiceNow developer or engineer who has transitioned into project management
A project manager with strong, hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and configuration
Experience in architectural design and strategy
