Responsibilities
Serve as a floater, assisting with various projects and supporting different teams as needed
Work on medium to large construction accounts, with a focus on contractors and construction niches
Collaborate with Account Managers to ensure seamless service delivery
Utilize EPIC software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records
Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 2 years of experience working on medium to large construction accounts
Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
Strong teamwork
Attention to detail
Adaptability
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work in a hybrid setting, with 2-3 days per week in the Newport office
Preferred
Proficiency in EPIC software
