Responsibilities
Coordinate and supervise construction projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets
Manage and lead on-site teams, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and compliance with safety regulations and building codes
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and educational institutions, to ensure project alignment and satisfaction
Prepare and manage project budgets, schedules, and reports to track progress and financial performance
Negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure optimal pricing and quality
Implement quality assurance processes to uphold the highest construction standards
Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process
Ensure that facilities are maintained and meet the needs of educational and commercial purposes
Qualification
Required
5+ Years Construction Superintendent Experience leading k-12 projects
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
Proven experience as a Superintendent in K-12 education, higher education, or commercial construction projects
Strong knowledge of construction management principles, budgeting, and scheduling
Excellent team leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage diverse teams
Thorough understanding of compliance requirements, safety regulations, and building codes
Exceptional problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills
Demonstrated experience in stakeholder communication and relationship management
Familiarity with facility maintenance and quality assurance in an educational context
Currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa
