Respond to client inquiries related to medical claims and account details

Prepare and maintain plan-specific documents and communication packets
Support plan administration and coordinate with clients’ HR departments
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Customer service background required
Strong Excel skills and accurate data entry abilities
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
Reliable transportation required for onsite work
Preferred
