IT Business Development Manager - Public Sector

Responsibilities
Manage a team of recruiters and coordinate their activities to ensure timely and effective delivery of open requirements. This includes setting goals, providing guidance and training, monitoring performance, and fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment
Manage the full recruitment cycle for positions - including using the applicant tracking system to post positions, review applications, and track recruitment stages
Translate complex technical and organizational needs into clear recruiting and delivery plans for the team
Manage current clients' requirements by regularly interacting with clients to understand their requirements and making submissions accordingly
Work with the internal team to create a candidate pipeline for upcoming projects
Work with the InterSources Director for new customer acquisition in the areas of staff augmentation and temporary staffing requirements
Act as a liaison between the InterSources Senior Management and Recruitment Team Lead to ensure all tasks are completed on time and within budget
Monitor recruitment processes performed by the team to ensure that all candidate comments and documents are up to date on JobDiva
Work with the Director to set team and individual revenue targets for every Month, Quarter & Year and follow up on a timely basis
Ensure successful implementation of recruitment strategies for goal achievement
Identify gaps in team performance in comparison to set team targets and goals
Strategize plans in partnership with HR to fill in such gaps and maintain consistency in teams performance
Maintain weekly/monthly/quarterly scorecards for team members and share appropriate feedback with HR and the Director on a regular basis
Create a positive and inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
Set clear team goals & oversee the day-to-day operations
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience in managing teams and business development in the field of staff augmentation
Solid understanding of IT project environments (project management, IT operations, implementation work, etc.)
Ability to meet aggressive revenue targets and drive growth
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Proactive and able to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Strong understanding of IT staffing, contract staffing, and recruitment processes
Ability to write Boolean queries and innovate search terms
Excellent interpersonal communication skills, negotiation skills, understanding of local, state and federal regulations, and ethics
Knowledge and experience in working with G-Suite
Basic familiarity with the SDLC and software development
Must be a TEAM PLAYER
Preferred
Experience using ATS (JobDiva) is preferred but not required
