Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive operational strategies that align with company goals
Identify and prioritize key activities to ensure efficient warehouse operations
Set performance targets and monitor progress to drive continuous improvement
Oversee staffing levels and ensure the right talent is in place to meet operational demands
Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners to enhance service delivery
Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures
Address and resolve major customer complaints effectively and promptly
Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (Experience can be substituted for education requirement)
Minimum of 10 years of warehouse operations experience, with at least 5 years in a management role
At least 5 years of management/supervisory experience required
In-depth knowledge of warehouse fundamentals, including transportation, FTL/LTL management, and inventory control
Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of developing talent
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
Proficient problem-solving abilities with a focus on continuous improvement
Proficient in MS Office with Excel background above intermediate and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
Ability to relocate to Fife, WA 98424 before starting work
